If you have a live account with Flight Centre Travel Group (previously Quickbeds) now you can now automate availability, rates and bookings by interfacing/connecting your iBex account to Flight Centre Travel Group.

|Note: If you would like Seekom support to make the connection for you, a charge of $85 per hour (+tax) will apply with a minimum charge of $50 (+tax).|
|1||Login to your /flight centre quickbeds supplier account|
(you will need to obtain your quickbeds room codes)
Click on the Room Details tab.
|Click on the Edit link for a room type.|
|4||Note the room code which will be displayed in the page address.In our example below the room code is 43637|
|5||Repeat steps 2 to 5 for each room type.|
Still logged into flight centre/quickbeds click on the Property Details tab
|Click on Property Information and take note of your Property ID as you will need this to make the connection.|
|8||Click on the ‘Contact’ tab.|
|9||At the field, Channel Manager, select Seekom / iBex|
|10||Ensure the field Booking Confirmation link is NOT checked (as shown below).|
If this field is checked iBex will not receive bookings from quickbeds so please contact your quickbeds account manager to remove this setting – email email@example.com.
|11||Scroll down and click the button Save Changes.|
|12||Log out of flight centre/quickbeds.|
Login to your Seekom iBex account – click here
|From left menu select Sales Channels > Add a sales Channel|
|14||At the pop up window titled ‘New Sales Channel’ click the button Register Available Sales Channel|
|15||Enter flight into search field at top right of window and press enter on your keyboard.|
Matching results will be displayed – see example screen image below.
|16 ||If this the first and only connection to quickbeds click the green plus icon adjacent to Quickbeds (see above example).|
If this is an additional connection select Quickbeds (Connection 2 or 3) as appropriate. Refer Important Notes section below.
|17 ||Optionally update General section fields as required.Notes are private. Refer sample example screen image below.|

|19||Click Register Sales Channel button. |
You will progress to the Channel Mapping tab.
|20|| Enter your email address at iBex Notification Emails To field.|
|21|| It is recommended that iBex Email on New Booking are set as follows:|
|22||It is recommended that iBex Booking Email Rule is set to ‘Do not send emails’.|
|23||At Channel Property ID enter your flight centre/quickbeds Property ID.|
|24||At Channel Operator ID enter your flight centre/quickbeds User ID.|
|25||At Channel Password enter your flight centre/quickbeds password.|
|26||Set Allocation Handling field as required (we recommend Total per Room).|
This is really only relevant if you will be mapping a single room type from iBex to multiple room types at quickbeds (eg. for length of stay price variations, etc).
| 27||Click Save button|
| 28||Room and rate mapping will now be set – refer sample screen image below.|
Complete each room mapping row as follows:
Channel Room Name – select as required (this is the room type name at flight centre/Quickbeds).
iBex Rate Name – select as required.
|29||Click Save button.|
|30||Click Save & Update Channel button.|
|31||Wait a few minutes and click View Log button.|
If the Remote Service Log Viewer indicates queued updates are pending, wait a further few minutes and click the ‘Refresh’ button.
|32||If you have performed the connection successfully you will see OK messages for inventory and rates uploaded. See example below.|
Flight Centre/quickbeds receives the base room rate only from iBex – you will need to maintain any changes to extra adult/child prices directly at flight centre/quickbeds.
Flight Centre/quickbeds cannot accept multiple rates or minimum stay variations from iBex for a single room type. If you wish to provide availability from iBex to flight centre/quickbeds for differing rates / minimum stay periods on a room type you will need to duplicate the room at flight centre/quickbeds for each rate / differing minimum stay.
Base 1 pax rates from iBex not transmitted to Flight Centre/quickbeds unless the max guest count in the rate is also 1. Where a room holds more than 1 person and the base rate in iBex is 1, the 2 person rate will be transmitted to flight centre/quickbeds.
Flight Centre/quickbeds can only receive rates and inventory from iBex to a maximum of 1 year ahead.
