If you can't remember your password you may have to reset your password to be able to regain access to iBex - just follow these steps:
- Open the log in screen by clicking https://ibex.seekom.com
- Click on the Forgot Password? link (just below Password field)
- Enter your Username and click on Reset Password
- You will receive an email which will let you reset your password and regain access to your account.
Once you have created a new password, your browser should prompt you on login whether you would like your new password re-saved.
Important Note for Callista users:|
If you are a user of iBex Online Plus connected to Callista you will need to advise Callista Support of your modified password for the connection.
